1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (‘Terms’) govern all competitions (‘Competitions’) operated by Time Vault Club Ltd, Company Number 16739804 (‘Time Vault Club’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’).
1.2. Time Vault Club Ltd is an independent prize competition operator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorised by Rolex SA, Tudor Watch SA, Patek Philippe SA, Omega SA, or any other watch manufacturer or brand featured on this website. All product names, brand names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the prizes offered.
1.3. By entering any Competition, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1.4. These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, Website Terms, and Competition-specific rules.
1.5. Time Vault Club may amend, suspend, extend, or cancel any Competition if required for legal, operational or fairness reasons.
1.6. All draws use RANDOM.ORG, an independent true random number generator.
1.7. By entering, you accept that RANDOM.ORG determines the winner and the result is final.
1.8. We may refuse entry or disqualify individuals who breach these Terms.
1.9. Breaching these Terms may result in forfeiting any prize.
1.10. These Terms constitute the full agreement between Time Vault Club and the entrant.
1.11. If a clause is unenforceable, the remaining clauses still apply.
1.12. To enter Competitions, entrants must create an account and provide accurate details. False, misleading, or incomplete information may void entries and prizes.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
2.2. Entrants must ensure participation is legal in their jurisdiction.
2.3. Competitions are open worldwide unless restricted.
2.4. False or incomplete details may void entries.
2.5. Employees, contractors, or connected persons may not enter.
3. RESTRICTED COUNTRIES
3.1. Entries are NOT allowed from: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, Myanmar, Belarus, Mali, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, and Germany.
3.2. Entrants must comply with their local laws.
3.3. Entries linked to restricted territories will be void.
3.4. VPN/proxy use to bypass restrictions is prohibited.
3.5. Entrants attempting evasion may be permanently banned.
3.6. If a winner is later linked to a restricted region, the prize will not be awarded.
3.7. Restricted country lists may change without notice.
3.8. Entrants confirm they are not located in a restricted region.
3.9. We may request reasonable proof of location where necessary.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1. Competitions require a correct answer to a skill-based question.
4.2. Paid entries are submitted via our website.
4.3. Each valid entry receives a unique ticket number.
4.4. Incorrect answers void entries.
4.5. All entries are final once submitted.
5. FREE POSTAL ENTRY ROUTE
5.1. A free postal entry route is available for each Competition.
5.2. To enter by post, entrants must be registered account holders on The Time Vault Club website. Valid postal entries will be credited to the entrant’s online account and entered into the relevant Competition draw.
5.3. Each free postal entry must be completed on a single postcard and enclosed within a separate envelope. Each postcard must clearly and legibly state the following information:
a) Full name
b) Full postal address
c) Email address (must match the registered account email)
d) Telephone number
e) The name of the Competition being entered
f) The correct answer to the skill-based question
5.4. Each postal entry must be sent in a separate envelope to the following address and must be written exactly as shown below:

5.5. The address must be written in full, in the correct order and clearly legible. Entries that are incorrectly addressed, incomplete, unclear, illegible or not submitted in the format specified may be rejected and will not be entered into the draw.
5.6. Only one free postal entry is permitted per postcard and per envelope. Multiple entries submitted in a single envelope or entries submitted without an envelope will be deemed invalid.
5.7. Each free postal entry must be completed individually. Entries that are duplicated, bulk produced, mechanically reproduced or appear to be submitted in bulk may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
5.8. Postal entries must be received by the published closing date and time of the relevant Competition. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt.
5.9. All valid postal entries are treated exactly the same as paid entries and are entered into the same RANDOM.ORG draw.
6. COMPETITION PERIOD & EXTENSIONS
6.1. Each Competition has a published closing date.
6.2. If minimum entries are not met, the Competition may be extended up to TWO times within a maximum of 30 days.
6.3. Under no circumstances will any Competition extend beyond 30 total days.
6.4. After the maximum extensions, a winner will be selected via RANDOM.ORG regardless of entry count.
6.5. Any extensions will be publicly announced.
6.6. No refunds apply for valid extensions.
7. WINNER SELECTION
7.1. Winners are chosen using RANDOM.ORG for verifiable fairness.
7.2. All valid entries are included.
7.3. Draws are livestreamed or recorded publicly.
7.4. RANDOM.ORG results are final and binding.
7.5. A backup independent RNG may be used if necessary.
7.6. Eligibility checks may occur before confirming the winner.
7.7. If technical difficulties prevent a live draw, the draw may be recorded and published instead.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
8.1. Winners will be contacted within 7 days.
8.2. Entrants must ensure their contact details are accurate.
8.3. If the winner does not respond within 21 days, the prize may be redrawn.
8.4. Winners may be published unless anonymity is requested.
9. PRIZES
9.1. Prize details are shown on each Competition page.
9.2. Prizes may be Brand New, Unworn, or Certified Pre-Owned.
9.3. Accessories included only when stated.
9.4. No prize exchanges.
9.5. No warranty on future value.
10. CASH ALTERNATIVES
10.1. Some Competitions include a cash alternative.
10.2. Unless stated, this is 70% of RRP.
10.3. Choosing a cash alternative forfeits the prize.
11. INTERNATIONAL WINNERS
11.1. Shipping is available to all non-restricted countries.
11.2. International winners must pay ALL customs charges, duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees.
11.3. Outbound shipping covered unless stated.
11.4. Customs delays are beyond our control.
11.5. Import fees are not reimbursed.
11.6. International shipping insurance is provided to a reasonable level; however, any unrecoverable losses due to customs seizure remain the responsibility of the recipient.
12. DELIVERY
12.1. UK prizes use tracked/insured couriers.
12.2. International shipments use DHL, UPS, or similar.
12.3. Risk transfers to courier upon dispatch.
12.4. Customs seizure or refusal is not our responsibility.
12.5. Accurate shipping details must be provided.
12.6. Where applicable, watches will be fully authenticated and condition-verified prior to dispatch.
13. VERIFICATION
13.1. Winners must provide valid ID and proof of address.
13.2. Failure to verify within 14 days may result in prize loss.
13.3. Fraud checks may be performed anytime.
14. PUBLICITY
14.1. Winners consent to first-name + region publication unless opting out.
14.2. Optional winner photos may be requested.
14.3. Further promotional content is voluntary.
15. FRAUD & MANIPULATION
15.1. Bot entries, VPN misuse, multi-accounting, or attempts to influence draws are prohibited.
15.2. Fraud voids entries and prizes.
15.3. Repeat offenders may be permanently banned.
16. LIABILITY
16.1. Nothing excludes liability for death or injury caused by negligence.
16.2. Time Vault Club is not liable for business or financial losses, courier delays, customs issues, or technical faults.
16.3. Competitions operate on an ‘as available’ basis.
16.4. We are not responsible for loss arising from user account misuse where login credentials were not securely maintained.
17. REFUNDS
17.1. All entries are final.
17.2. Refunds apply ONLY if a Competition is cancelled before the draw.
18. DATA PROTECTION
18.1. Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy.
18.2. We do not sell personal data.
18.3. Personal data may be used to administer accounts, verify eligibility, contact winners, deliver prizes, and prevent fraud.
18.4. Personal data may be securely processed by trusted third-party providers such as hosting, payment, and email services.
18.5. Entrants may exercise their data rights in accordance with UK GDPR as explained in our Privacy Policy.
19. GOVERNING LAW
19.1. Governed by the laws of England & Wales.
19.2. Exclusive jurisdiction applies to England & Wales courts.
20. WEBSITE USE TERMS
20.1. These Website Terms govern your use of the Time Vault Club website.
20.2. By accessing the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms.
20.3. You must use the Site legally and responsibly.
20.4. You must NOT introduce viruses, malware or harmful code.
20.5. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or databases.
20.6. Attacks such as DDoS are strictly prohibited.
20.7. Time Vault Club is not liable for damage caused by user-side technical issues.
21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
21.1. All content on the Site is owned or licensed by Time Vault Club.
21.2. You may NOT reproduce, copy, or distribute content without permission.
21.3. Personal-use printing/downloading is allowed if unmodified.
21.4. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
22. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
22.1. The Site may experience interruptions, downtime or maintenance.
22.2. No compensation is offered for unavailability.
22.3. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
23.4. Accounts may be suspended where suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
23. ACCOUNT SECURITY
23.1. Users must keep account login details confidential.
23.2. Unauthorised account access must be reported immediately.
23.3. Time Vault Club may disable accounts that breach Terms.
24. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
24.1. We may link to third-party websites.
24.2. We are not responsible for external content.
24.3. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
25. LINKING TO OUR SITE
25.1. You may link to our homepage legally and non-misleadingly.
25.2. You must not frame or replicate our Site.
25.3. Linking permission may be withdrawn anytime.
26. WEBSITE LIABILITY
26.1. We exclude all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
